My journey through my 20's and 30's equipped me with the knowledge and strategies to achieve desired results effortlessly. However, as I approached my 40s, I encountered a shift. Achieving results became increasingly challenging, and I engaged in conversations with countless women experiencing similar frustrations. Many of them I spoke to had similar comments as "I find myself not wanting to look in the mirror or put on a bathing suit, and feeling more tired than ever and frustrated."
Refusing to attribute these changes to mere "old age" or "hormones," I embarked on a journey to obtain hormone certifications and delve deeper into perimenopause and menopause. What used to work, simply won't cut it...it's time for a change, it's time to redefine how we achieve fat loss in this stage of life!
